About this role

In order to qualify, you must meet the education and/or experience requirements described below. For the CP-14 you must have at least 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to the CP-13/GS-15 level that is in or directly related to the line of work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience consists of: 1) providing strategic direction and oversight for an information technology operations to ensure secure, reliable and effective technology services; 2) advising leadership on architecture, security, compliance, scalability, integration, and long-term sustainability; 3) developing and implementing policies and guidance related to IT service delivery and customer service; 4) managing program budgets, procurement activities, and optimizing resource allocation; and 5) providing oversight to a team of IT professionals.

10+ years of progressive IT experience with at least 5 years leading teams and/or major programs. A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
