TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS (TQs): Your resume should demonstrate accomplishments that would satisfy the technical qualifications: TQ 1: Industry and Supply Chain Expertise Demonstrated expert knowledge of the commercial construction industrial base, including an in-depth understanding of labor market trends, supply chain dynamics, supplier capacity, and material cost drivers that affect project delivery. This expertise must include the ability to identify industrial base vulnerabilities and develop forward-thinking strategies to enhance resilience, diversify suppliers, increase capacity, and improve overall predictability.

A thorough understanding of the legislative, regulatory, and policy environment governing the Department of War and the defense industrial base is essential. TQ 2: Strategic and Acquisition Expertise Proven ability to provide executive-level consultation and develop data-driven strategic recommendations that improve processes, challenge conventional approaches, and support informed decision-making within a large, complex organization.

This must be coupled with a comprehensive knowledge of the Department of War acquisition system and demonstrated experience supporting the successful delivery of large, complex programs through expert analysis and innovative acquisition strategies.
