TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS (TQs): Your resume should demonstrate accomplishments that would satisfy the technical qualifications: TQ 1: As a recognized authority in Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&E) technologies possess the ability to establish and maintain relationships with key individuals and organizations such as SYSCOM, Portfolio Acquisition Executives (PAEs), ONR, and Fleet, as well as industry and academia.

Including the ability to execute technological change across the Navy. TQ 2: Ability to lead teams of engineers and scientists in furthering sciences and technologies (S&T) associated with Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&E) systems and components. Includes the ability to execute technology transfer and transition.
