About this role

GS-15: Applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, GS-14 in the Federal Service. Specialized Experience is the experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA's) to perform the duties of the position successfully, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level.

Qualifying specialized experience includes all of the following: Implementing academic and assessment, and applied training programming within an education and training system with oversight of schools spread across a wide geographic area (national or global); Conducting research and analysis for program effectiveness, and managing program that support students from diverse backgrounds; Experience providing oversight or managing Federal contracts and/or contractor performance; and Experience planning, directing, executing, and making final decisions related to the day-to-day operations and resources of a program or team.
