About this role
Specialized experience is the experience that has equipped you with the specific knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. To qualify at the CU-13 level, you must have one full year of specialized experience equivalent to the CU/GS-12 level in federal service (obtained in either the public or private sectors).
For the CU-13 level, specialized experience is defined as experience in all of the following areas: Reviewing and analyzing loan portfolios; and Examining, originating, reviewing assets held by financial institutions; and Performing project management responsibilities which include establishing program goals, scope, budget and/or assignments; and Analyzing financial data to recommend corrective procedures. To qualify at the CU-14 level, you must have one full year of specialized experience equivalent to the CU/GS-13 level in federal service (obtained in either the public or private sectors).
For the CU-14 level, specialized experience is defined as experience in all of the following areas: Reviewing and analyzing loan portfolios, and Examining, originating, reviewing assets held by financial institutions; and Performing project management responsibilities which include establishing program goals, scope, budget and/or assignments; and Analyzing financial data to recommend corrective procedures; and Monitoring and/or managing real estate portfolios (for example: leasing, taxes, insurance coverage, foreclosures, titling, etc.).
