About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the ND-04 (GS-12/13 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following as professional Engineer: designing maritime platform mechanical systems, overseeing fabrication, implementing test protocols, identifying deficiencies, facilitating corrective actions, and delivering functional capability.

Demonstrated ability to provide team leadership, make sound technical decisions, lead technical reviews, develop and implement technical standards, mentor personnel, and resolve conflicts. Effective in advising senior leaders on technical matters to inform strategic initiatives or solicit support.
