Leading a cross-functional team, the full-time Engineering Manager - Frontend will guide frontend and backend engineers in delivering high-quality consumer applications and seamless user experiences in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end UX for key consumer features across mobile and client platforms Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to define and deliver impactful features with measurable business value Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical growth, collaboration, and inclusivity Required qualifications Proven experience leading engineering teams delivering customer-facing products at scale Deep technical background in React Native and modern frontend architectures Experience managing combined frontend and backend engineering teams Strong cross-functional leadership skills in a multi-platform environment Experience building large-scale consumer or financial products
