Specialized experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-10 level in the Federal service which includes experience as an engineer technician reviewing and evaluating contractual efforts concerned with the installation contracts in facilities engineering technical fields: mechanical, electrical, civil associated with real property or utility systems maintenance, repair, and new work.
