Enterprise Account Manager

Berlin

About this role

ABOUT THE ROLE Join a fast-growing, Berlin-based enterprise AI platform (51–200 employees) that helps thousands of organizations safely adopt and scale AI across their entire business. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will own a portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving adoption, retention, and expansion while using AI tooling — including agents and automated workflows — to manage and scale your own book of business.

You'll collaborate closely with Solutions Engineering and Product, directly influencing the product roadmap, and serve as a key voice of the customer internally. This is a fully on-site role in Berlin with relocation support available. Visa sponsorship is not available. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts and be fully accountable for retention, adoption, and expansion metrics. - Build structured account plans covering stakeholder maps, health assessments, growth opportunities, and risk mitigation.

- Run strategic customer conversations — QBRs, executive business reviews, and proactive check-ins — grounded in data and measurable outcomes. - Identify and drive expansion opportunities across users, use cases, and deployment scope. - Navigate complex, multi-threaded enterprise stakeholder landscapes: find champions, manage blockers, and build relationships from end users to C-level. - Build AI agents and automated workflows to manage your book of business and systematically eliminate manual work.

- Work cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Sales to translate customer needs into product action. - Serve as the internal voice of the customer while aligning with the company's product direction. - Operate with calm urgency, ambitious execution, and a high sense of ownership within a lean, high-impact team. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Must-haves: - 5+ years in an enterprise customer-facing role (Account Management, Customer Success, or consultative post-sales) with a track record of driving adoption in complex organizations.

- Fluency in German (C1+) and English — both are required. - Hands-on experience building AI agents, automating workflows, and using AI to replace manual effort in a professional context. - Technical credibility to discuss model selection, data privacy, and integration architectures with technical stakeholders. - Proven commercial acumen with demonstrated success in renewal and expansion conversations. - Ability to build and navigate multi-stakeholder relationships across all levels of an enterprise organization.

- Strategic, data-driven mindset — comfortable using CRM data, usage signals, and health scores to prioritise and act. - Trusted advisor approach: pushes back constructively, takes ownership, and operates with a growth-oriented mindset. - Willingness and ability to work fully on-site in Berlin (relocation support provided). Nice to have: - Background at an AI-native company, in technical consulting, or at an early-stage startup.

- Founder or early-employee experience. - Portfolio or case studies demonstrating hands-on AI agent or workflow deployment in enterprise contexts. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS - Salary: €80,000 – €120,000 per year (depending on experience). - Relocation support for candidates moving to Berlin. - High-ownership role with direct influence on product direction and company growth. - Small, senior team with a strong mission in the enterprise AI space.

LOCATION This role is fully on-site in Berlin, Germany. Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Berlin. Relocation support is available. Visa sponsorship is not offered.
