ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNING TEAM LEAD
About this role
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Serving as a project manager and experience executing complex Navy environmental planning projects in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), including development of contractor scopes of work/performance work statements, government estimates, funds management, contractor proposal review and negotiation, contractor oversight, invoicing, and contracting officer representative (COR) duties, 2) Providing guidance, coordination and technical expertise on complex Navy environmental planning issues and processes, 3) Applying Federal, state, and local laws and regulations, DON and DOW policies and processes related to environmental planning.
