ER and Wellbeing Advisor
About this role
As the ER and Wellbeing Advisor for Catch22 you will provide expert, practical and risk-aware support to managers and colleagues, ensuring employee relations and wellbeing issues are managed fairly, lawfully and in line with Catch22’s values. As part of this role, you will also work collaboratively across the People Team supporting the Strategic People Partners as and when required, particularly in the areas of bids, TUPE, and redundancy.
You will be required to hold a caseload of ER cases and log all queries, creating relevant files and escalating where appropriate. Other duties will involve monitoring and carrying out sickness reviews for employees and liaising with Occupational Health. Supporting managers with complex sickness absence and health related capability matters and supporting conflict resolution through facilitating difficult conversations.

Location: Rectory Lodge, High Street, Brasted. We can offer Hybrid working in this role however a minimum of 2 days must be worked in the Brasted office. Equipment required to work from home will be supplied.
