Required Qualifications: Applicants must possess a J.D. Degree and be an active member of the bar (any U.S. jurisdiction). United States citizenship is required. Preferred Qualifications: Preferred applicant must exhibit the ability to work in a supportive and professional manner with other attorneys, support staff, and client agencies. Thus, the ideal candidate has a positive history of working collaboratively both with colleagues, and with various interested parties.

These would include community groups, victims, witnesses, client entities, courts, bar associations and law enforcement entities. The ideal candidate has substantive trial experience in complex cases, including trial experience in both civil and criminal law. You must meet all qualification requirements upon the closing date of this announcement.
