About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NO-04 pay band (GS-13 grade level) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following duties: 1) Utilizing International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), as well as procedures for obtaining and maintaining necessary export authorization; 2) Producing/conducting export control training; 3) Assessing and ensuring compliance with U.S.

Export Control laws and regulations; 4) Assisting with export control review for patent applications; and, 5) Providing guidance on U.S. Government export regulations for classification inquiries or for making final ITAR/EAR determinations.
