About this role

You qualify for this position at the GS-12 level, if you have the following: You must demonstrate in your resume at least one (1) year of qualifying experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector, performing the following types of tasks: 1.) implementing a preventive maintenance program for building systems; 2.) providing recommendations to management on facility and construction issues; 3.) implementing new systems and providing support to building operations by reviewing plans, standards and requirements for the maintenance, construction, and implementation of air-conditioning, heating, and associated systems; 4.) providing assistance in construction operations including inspections of electrical, mechanical and structural aspects of construction; 5.) evaluating operating methods for new and improved materials, tools and equipment.
