About this role

To qualify for a GS-11, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience planning year-round operations and maintenance for complex installations (e.g., HVAC, fire alarms, elevators). Experience coordinating with NAVFAC and other commercial vendors, reviewing work orders, and validating contractor performance during walkthroughs.

Experience handling utility issues (water, electrical), conducting zone inspections, and managing secured environments like vault areas. Experience administering security programs (Personnel, Information, Physical). Experience using the Defense Information System for Security (DISS) for tracking clearances and eligibility. Experience applying Department of Defense (DoD) and Navy-specific security policies (e.g., SECNAV, OPNAV).
