About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Understanding biosafety, aseptic protocols, and strict environmental controls needed to prevent the loss of animal life or active research Reading and interpreting complex architectural drawings, schematics, and critical utility shut-off locations Familiarity with fire, electrical, and safety codes specific to medical/laboratory environments Gaining daily operational proficiency in the Work Management System (WMS) and the database administration.

Tracking local work order costs and basic expenditures Managing standard building systems (HVAC, basic electrical).
