About this role
As a valued member of the Finance Team at OnLogic you will play a key role in helping our leadership team understand the financial impacts of business choices through thoughtful research. This 6-month Co-op (January 2027 – June 2027) will impact and support all aspects of the company through guided business partnering. Success will require integrating yourself into the organization, building strong interpersonal relationships and understanding the company’s needs.
You will collaborate cross-functionally and leverage creative problem-solving to support shared business goals. This is our first Finance Co-op role at Onlogic and we are excited for the opportunity it will provide. We believe in the power of in-person collaboration and the benefits of a strong workplace community. Therefore, this role requires an onsite presence at our South Burlington, VT office. In this role, you’ll be responsible for: Assisting in budgeting and forecasting activities for all OnLogic departments Assisting in variance analysis Assisting in ad-hoc projects to support critical business decisions Finding opportunities to increase efficiency and scalability through automation and streamlining finance processes Assisting in all aspects of financial planning and analysis The team you will be joining: Finance helps guide financial direction with data insights, performance management, forecasting, and financial modeling.

Learn more about Life at OnLogic: www.onlogic.com/life-at-onlogic Requirements An undergraduate student currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree majoring in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, who will return for 1+ semester at their institution following completion of the Co-op Willingness to learn Generally Accepted Accounting Principles Some experience working on analytical or financial projects related to business Experience with excel-style software (we use Google Sheets primarily) Ability to work with ambiguity.
This role will require you to form opinions based on your analytical findings and then defend those conclusions.
