About this role

GS-13: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following: 1) Serving as the senior liaison for budget, accounting, or financial management, policy and procedures within the organization; 2) Directing and/or performing continuing program execution review, analysis and appraisal of the major operating and support programs within the organization; 3) Preparing briefs for senior managers on program execution and providing recommendations to correct program variances or problem areas.

GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following: 1) Performing or advising on work in any of the phases or systems of budget administration; 2) Analyzing and appraising the major operating and support programs within the organization; 3) Recommending costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of organization's programs and administrative operations.
