FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

About this role

GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1). Utilizing an in-depth working knowledge of Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) or a similar ERP program tool to input and extract financial data for budget planning, formulation, and execution.

2). Executing funds in accordance with all fiscal laws and regulations. 3). Applying complex financial laws and regulations to provide advice on the sources and uses of funds. 4). Analyzing and interpreting financial data to develop recommendations for correcting gaps and conflicts. 5). Reviewing reports, documentation, records, and data to monitor and control obligations and expenditures. 6). Ensuring funds are being executed properly through all stages of encumbrance.

7). Evaluating changes in plans and proposing a new course of action to mitigate deviation from the plan. 8). Communicating, orally and in writing, to resolve team conflict in a positive manner, while maintaining or increasing team morale 9).
