About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience analyzing and recommending costs and benefits of alternative methods financial management of the organization's programs and administrative operations.

Experience developing, determining, and interpreting budgetary policies and practices. practices. Experience certifying contractor invoices for payment (such as using Wide Area Workflow (WAWF)). Experience assisting in budget formulation, execution, financial planning, and extracting and analyzing financial data using integrated financial management systems (such as Navy ERP). Experience as an appointed customer service representative (CSR) for Standard Labor Data Collection and Distribution Application (SLDCADA).

Experience applying financial regulations, policies, procedures to evaluate funding requests, and independently performing complex budget analysis, formulating financial plans, and executing fund controls. Experience interpreting and applying Federal Appropriations Law, DoW/DoN financial management regulations, and financial policies. Experience identifying discrepancies and formulating corrective actions (such as identifying suspended transactions and mismatches between accounting systems).
