QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS: To qualify for this position, you MUST meet all of the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. MINIMUM QUALIFYING SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE is experience that has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position and is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. To be creditable, an applicant's one full year of specialized experience must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for successful job performance.

GS-07: In order to qualify for this position at the GS-07 level, your resume must clearly demonstrate that you have one full year of the minimum qualifying specialized experience comparable in difficulty and responsibility to at least the GS-05level in the federal service. Examples of the minimum qualifying specialized experience equal to the GS-05 level include performing the following types of tasks on a regular and recurring basis: Assisting with routine financial management or budget support activities such as maintaining financial records; tracking obligations, expenditures, or account balances; preparing or reviewing routine financial documents or reports; collecting and compiling financial data; reconciling financial records; maintaining spreadsheets or databases; and providing administrative or procedural support related to financial management, accounting, budget execution, or property accountability.

OR; Education: Successfully completed (1) full year of graduate level education (18 semester hours) that is directly related to this position and has provided the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of this position.. A transcript must be submitted with your application if you are basing your qualifications on education. OR; Superior Academic Achievement (S.A.A.): successfully completed a 4-year course of study above high school leading to a bachelor's degree and that meet the criteria for Superior Academic Achievement (S.A.A.) as evidenced by one of the three following methods:(1) class standing, (2) grade-point average, or (3) honor society membership.
