About this role

Human Resources will determine your qualifications for each entry grade level based on your interest and the additional following criteria. GS-11 QUALIFICATIONS One year of specialized experience equivalent in level of difficulty and responsibility to that of the next lower grade (GS-9) within the federal service, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position, is required; Coordinates with product line from horizontal perspective to validate work counts, work years and dollar requirements.

Specialized Experience Is Defined As: Applying financial fact-finding and investigative techniques/policies to perform studies and analysis of data through statistical process control; Developing and monitor budgetary execution to spend plan targets. GS-12 QUALIFICATIONS One year of specialized experience equivalent in level of difficulty and responsibility to that of the next lower grade (GS-11) within the federal service, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position, is required.

Specialized Experience Is Defined As: Independently managing high visibility inquiries, developing customer service program goals and surveys to measure customer satisfaction for the network, recommends improvements to enhance customer service including technological changes, telecommunications and automation requirements, staffing and training needs; and presenting data driven policy recommendations to Senior Leadership.
