Qualifying experience would be demonstrated by: GG07 -Experience executing funding documents for budgeted direct and reimbursable programs. -Experience accepting, certifying and validating invoices in a Wide Area Workflow. -Experience consolidating and reconciling information in support of time-critical data calls and projects.

-Experience performing obligation validation review on current and prior year execution. This position is within the Work Category TECHNICIAN & ADMIN SUPPORT at Work Level FULL PERFORMANCE, Series and Grade GG-0503-07. GG08 -Experience formulating budget and estimates to support plans, programs and activities. -Experience reviewing and evaluating budget requests, control and reporting of obligations and expenditures. -Experience researching guides to locate accounting, budgetary and financial information to prepare summaries for use by higher authority.

-Experience preparing budget estimates, financial reviews for programs.
