SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: One-year specialized experience equivalent to the GS-05 grade level in the Federal Service in a variety of duties associated with the collection, analysis, maintenance, consolidation, evaluation of budget and accounting, cost, manpower, and productivity data.
