Finnish -speaking Customer Service Consultant TP Poland Sp. z o.o. Daily tasks: - Providing technical information and support to equipment users in accordance with project guidelines. - Diagnose and resolve technical problems. - Providing information on products and their functionality. Musts: household appliances, customer service, call center, TP Polska Fluency in Finnish C1. Excellent command of English B2 . Basic knowledge of operating household appliances (i.e.

refrigerator, washing machine, TV). Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard. Preferred availability of approximately 120 hours per month . Services are provided during project operating hours (Mon–Fri 8:00–17:00). Collaborators declare their availability and select cooperation hours from available time slots.
