About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Overseeing and facilitating services for the Career Support/Retention; Deployment/Readiness; Crisis Response Emergency Management; Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) programs for a Department of War (DoW) installation to achieve command and mission readiness for individuals and military families; 2)Developing, planning and directing uses of appropriated and non-appropriated fund resources to ensure delivery of programs and services provided by the installation to include procurement, award, and administration of military support/human services contracts; 3)Using a variety of qualitative and/or quantitative methods for the assessment and improvement of program effectiveness or the improvement of complex management processes and systems; 4) Applying knowledge of State, Federal, and municipal human service laws, and programs to serve as a policy advisor to the installation commander in the development and implementation of work life services and activities; and 5) Performing supervisory duties such as managing, organizing, directing, providing technical leadership and guidance, assigning and prioritizing work, position management, evaluating work performance of subordinates and resolving disciplinary issues.
