About this role

Supporting the Miami, Orlando, and Tampa markets, the full-time remote Florida HR Manager will manage performance evaluations, talent development initiatives, and employee relations while partnering with district leaders across 32+ store locations. Key responsibilities: Administer performance management processes and establish performance improvement plans in collaboration with managers Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and oversee onboarding processes Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, conducting investigations and maintaining documentation for related issues Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; Master's degree preferred 7-10 years of total experience in HR management Solid understanding of employment law and policy administration PHR/SPHR or SHRM Certification preferred Proficiency in HRIS (Workday) and relevant software tools
