About this role

ABOUT THE ROLE This is a core operator role working directly alongside the founders of an early-stage B2B AI startup, owning high-leverage workstreams across the full breadth of the company. You'll have real end-to-end responsibility — not just support — and a clear path toward senior operating or founding-level scope. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own and run cross-functional projects spanning finance, operations, compliance, and people.

- Build and manage internal systems, tooling, and automations that help the company scale efficiently. - Lead recruiting efforts end-to-end, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new team members. - Support go-to-market initiatives and help bring AI agent products to enterprise customers. - Step into whatever the company needs — board prep, vendor management, strategic analysis — as priorities shift. - Work daily alongside the founders on the highest-priority problems in a small, fast-moving team.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 2+ years of experience in generalist, operating, consulting, or founding roles — ideally in early-stage or high-agency environments. - Hands-on ability to build internal tooling and automations yourself, not just direct others to do so. - Technical background or strong intuition for AI, software, and automation, with the ability to evaluate technical feasibility. - Demonstrated experience running cross-functional projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.

- Experience supporting go-to-market or enterprise customer engagement in B2B settings. - Exposure to board preparation, financial reporting, or investor relations is a plus. - Familiarity with logistics, supply chain, or enterprise operations is advantageous. - Fluency in both German and English is required. - High integrity, strong work ethic, comfort with ambiguity, and a genuine aspiration to build something meaningful.
