ABOUT THE ROLE This is a high-ownership, generalist role sitting directly alongside the founding team of an early-stage B2B SaaS company in the commercial energy storage space. You'll drive sales outreach and revenue growth while contributing to operations, recruiting, and strategy — going wherever the business needs you most. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build and execute the sales playbook, including outreach to key decision-makers and identifying new revenue opportunities.

- Work across sales, growth, and customer success, adapting to the company's highest-priority needs. - Design and implement internal operational processes to keep daily workflows running smoothly. - Support talent acquisition, from coordinating hiring logistics to attracting strong candidates. - Tackle ambiguous, undefined problems with speed and a bias for action. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 1+ years of experience at a high-growth startup, venture capital fund, investment bank, or strategy consulting firm — or a Bachelor's/Master's degree with strong academic results plus at least one relevant internship in those environments.

- Demonstrated ability to execute B2B sales outreach and close deals with business decision-makers. - Hands-on experience building sales processes and identifying revenue opportunities from scratch in B2B markets. - Comfortable designing and rolling out internal operational processes. - Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tooling. - Experience coordinating or supporting recruiting processes is a plus. - Background in product, growth, marketing, strategy, or operations is a bonus.

- Prior exposure to CleanTech, battery energy storage (BESS), or European energy markets is advantageous but not required. - Thrives in fast-paced, early-stage environments with rapidly shifting scope. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS - Base salary: €70,000 – €85,000 per year - Equity: VSOP / equity package included with standard vesting schedule LOCATION On-site in Berlin, Germany (Hamburg or Kiel also considered). This is a fully on-site role.
