About this role

ABOUT THE ROLE This is a high-impact, generalist sales role sitting directly alongside the founding team of an early-stage B2B SaaS company serving the commercial and industrial energy storage market in Europe. You'll help build the go-to-market engine from the ground up, with real ownership and daily access to senior leadership. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Work fluidly across Sales, Growth, and Customer Success, prioritising wherever the business needs you most.

- Help build and iterate on the sales playbook, identifying new revenue opportunities in B2B markets across Europe. - Design and implement internal operational processes to keep day-to-day execution running smoothly. - Support team growth by coordinating recruiting efforts and helping attract strong candidates. - Tackle ambiguous, undefined problems end-to-end — learning fast and driving outcomes with limited guidance.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - At least 1 year of experience at a high-growth startup, venture capital fund, investment bank, or strategy consulting firm — or a strong academic background (Bachelor's or Master's, top results) with 1+ relevant internships in similar environments. - Demonstrated ability to execute B2B outreach and close deals with senior decision-makers. - Proven track record building sales or operational processes from scratch in fast-moving, early-stage settings.

- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales automation tooling. - High ownership mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and independently scoped work. - Nice to have: exposure to product, growth, marketing, strategy, or operations; prior experience in CleanTech, battery storage, or energy markets; familiarity with European C&I markets. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS - Base salary: €65,000 – €85,000 per year - Equity: VSOP / equity package with standard vesting included - Visa sponsorship: Not available LOCATION On-site in Berlin, Germany (Hamburg or Kiel also considered).
