ABOUT THE ROLE This is the first technical hire on the ground in the US for a fast-growing, Y Combinator–backed AI logistics startup. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll own the full technical success of US customers — from initial deployment through ongoing support — sitting at the intersection of engineering and customer success at a critical stage of growth. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Lead end-to-end technical deployments for US enterprise customers, from onboarding through go-live.

- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, managing stakeholder relationships and resolving issues. - Provide hands-on post-deployment support to ensure customer success and product adoption. - Travel to customer sites as needed to support deployments in the field. - Operate with an ownership mindset, navigating ambiguity and moving fast in a startup environment. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 0–3 years of hands-on experience in customer-facing deployments, field engineering, or solutions engineering.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with comfort working directly with enterprise customers. - Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end technical deployments and post-deployment support. - Based in Austin, TX or willing to relocate to Austin. - Authorized to work in the United States without employer visa sponsorship. - Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with a high degree of autonomy.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Base salary: $110,000 – $135,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. LOCATION On-site in Austin, TX, United States. Some travel to customer sites is expected.
