ABOUT THE ROLE This is a founding-level engineering role at a fast-moving AI startup building an intelligent platform for strategic procurement. You'll work across the full stack — frontend, backend, and LLM integrations — shipping sophisticated agent-powered features directly used by enterprise customers. Your work will define how AI and procurement professionals interact at scale. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build and ship full-stack features end-to-end, from UI through backend services to prompt workflows.

- Prototype rapidly with LLMs and iterate based on real user feedback to refine product experiences. - Design and integrate agentic pipelines that make complex procurement intelligence feel simple and intuitive to users. - Translate signals from enterprise customers into well-scoped product experiences that land quickly. - Own prompt design, tuning, and LLM integration as a core part of the engineering work — not an afterthought.

- Collaborate closely with the team in-person to move fast, make decisions, and build something exceptional. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 1–10 years of professional software development experience; all levels considered — mindset and output matter most. - Strong proficiency in full-stack TypeScript across frontend and backend. - Demonstrated ability to work with LLMs: prompting, tuning, and integrating them into real products — shown through work, side projects, or hackathons.

- Sharp product instincts and creative drive to build experiences users genuinely love. - High agency and outcome-oriented — you find a way forward without waiting for permission. - Comfortable navigating ambiguity and iterating quickly in a fast-moving, early-stage environment. - Eligible to work in Germany without employer-sponsored visa sponsorship. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary range: €90,000 – €140,000 EUR annually.
