About this role

ABOUT THE ROLE This is a founding PM role at a seed-stage B2B SaaS company building software and AI-powered back-office tools for trades and home services SMBs. You'll own product direction end-to-end — from understanding user problems to shipping solutions — and help define how product work scales as the team grows. It's a high-ownership, low-ceremony role with direct impact from day one. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own the full product lifecycle: discovery, prioritisation, scoping, and shipping.

- Translate company goals into clear product bets, priorities, and tradeoffs. - Work closely with engineering to scope and ship features quickly and iteratively. - Make product decisions with incomplete data and course-correct as needed. - Develop deep understanding of users, their workflows, and real-world constraints. - Bring clarity to the team on what is being built, why, and what "done" means. - Help shape how product work is done as the company scales.

- Operate in a fast, high-velocity environment with few meetings and direct feedback. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - End-to-end product ownership experience in fast-paced, early-stage environments. - AI-native mindset: hands-on experience applying AI-first product patterns and using AI tools in product development. - Strong technical understanding — able to reason about systems, constraints, and engineering tradeoffs. - Experience collaborating closely with engineers to scope, design, and ship features.

- Domain experience with crafts, trades, home services, or SMB-focused products is a strong plus. - Good product taste and clear opinions on what makes a product great. - Attention to UX and UI detail, even without a formal design background. - High agency: you take ownership, push things forward, and don't wait for permission. - Comfortable making decisions under uncertainty and correcting course quickly. - Fluent in both German (spoken and written) and English — both are required.

- Side projects or things you've built independently are a strong plus. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary: €80,000 – €100,000 per year. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. LOCATION On-site, five days a week in Berlin-Mitte, Germany.
