GENERAL ENGINEER
About this role
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-13) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience and expert-level knowledge of professional engineering principles (civil, mechanical, or industrial) to successfully manage the planning, design, construction, and sustainment of specialized shore infrastructure and ordnance facilities.
Experience and possess an in-depth understanding of military construction (MILCON) and Facilities, Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (FSRM) programs, including the associated facility planning processes, project prioritization, and funding acquisition strategies. Experience in managing and leading engineering projects is essential. Applicants MUST possess a bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited college or university.
