About this role

In addition to the basic education requirements, to qualify for a GS-12, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience creating, designing, assessing and analyzing engineering guidelines, principles and practices to solve engineering problems.

Experience reviewing authorized work packages during the planning phase of the maintenance cycle to ensure required work is included in the work item specifications. Experience reviewing work item specifications for technical accuracy and completeness. Experience reviewing contractor expanded process control procedures to provide contractor mechanics guidance for accomplishment of system and equipment repairs.
