About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Demonstrating experience with oversight of initiation, development, and implementation of near-, mid-, and long-term facility objectives. 2) Collaborating with stakeholders to formulate, develop, and maintain facilities infrastructure and support utility assets to align with organizational goals.

3) Serving as the central authority for strategic planning, policy development, and lifecycle management. 4) Incorporating knowledge of program management planning, managing, and coordinating engineering development programs and projects involving continuous systems modification, and ensuring adequate resources are available to meet mission requirements. 5) Communicating closely with partners throughout the Fleet and industry and developing networks and building alliances, collaborating across boundaries to build strategic relationships and achieve common goals.

6) Developing and facilitating briefs to decision makers on project or program status; demonstrating effective oral and written communication.
