GENERAL SUPPLY SPECIALIST
About this role
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience utilizing MS Office suite or similar applications to analyze data and prepare written communication for decision or information papers and briefs. Experience identifying comprehensive Class VIII (medical and dental material and equipment) capabilities to include identifying peripherals, durable instrumentation for operations or testing and consumables.
Experience analyzing and evaluating fleet medical and dental program documentation and equipment/systems design. Able to formulate alternative support goals to achieve program objectives. Experience developing logistics requirements and determines demand plans to satisfy future requirements - by applying forecasting techniques for the modernization of the entire state of medical and dental authorizations, assemblages, and equipment for medical spaces afloat.
Experience or knowledge of the Navy's Controlled Substance Inventory Board (CSIB) policies and procedures. Experience or knowledge of Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) licensing laws and regulations.
