ABOUT THE ROLE This is a 6-month generalist internship sitting across People, Finance, and Operations at an AI-native fintech company building compliance and identity infrastructure. You'll work on real, meaningful tasks from day one — touching everything from recruiting to finance ops — and be expected to own work end-to-end with minimal hand-holding. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Support recruiting efforts including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating across active searches.
- Assist with finance operations such as expense matching, receipt tracking, and month-end close support. - Coordinate travel logistics for the team. - Support new joiner onboarding, including equipment setup, scheduling, and first-week coordination. - Research and evaluate tools, vendors, and processes, then make recommendations. - Take full ownership of assigned tasks from start to finish with minimal direction. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university programme (any field of study).
- Strong written communication skills in English. - Some experience with expense tracking, receipt management, or financial operations workflows. - Some experience with recruiting coordination, sourcing, or scheduling. - Proven ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and keep organisational workflows on track. - Comfortable researching and evaluating software or vendor options independently. - Thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and switches contexts quickly.
- Proactive by nature — you act without needing to be asked. - Experience with travel logistics, event planning, or onboarding processes is a plus. - Familiarity with compliance, KYC, AML, or fintech is a plus but not required. - Based in Amsterdam or able to relocate for the duration of the internship. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS €1,500–€2,000 per month. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. LOCATION On-site in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
