About this role

To support a growing telehealth initiative, the part-time PRN Georgia Licensed Bilingual Registered Nurse will conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits via telehealth, focusing on preventive healthcare and patient education while collaborating with supervising physicians in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits via telehealth, ensuring compliance with CMS guidelines Assess patient health status and provide education on preventive measures and lifestyle changes Collaborate with physicians to document health concerns and facilitate virtual referrals to healthcare services Required qualifications Must be fully bilingual in Vietnamese and English Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia Minimum of 3 years of patient care nursing experience, preferably in primary care or telehealth Experience with Medicare Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs) and telehealth platforms is highly desirable Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems and remote medical documentation
