What is Finary? We are on a mission to give power back to investors. We're building the AI-powered one-stop shop for investing, where you can track your assets, manage your budget, invest, and learn. And in July 2026, the AMF granted us our MiCA license, on top of our Investment Firm license: Finary is now one of the very few French platforms holding both, offering stocks, ETFs and crypto on a single regulated platform, at the exact moment Europe consolidates around licensed players. CONTEXT: WHERE YOU'D HAVE IMPACT Finary (YC W21, 25M€ Series B) is building the leading wealth management platform in Europe. Some numbers: - 1M+ users on the platform - A YouTube channel with 850k+ subscribers and 5-10M monthly views, our main acquisition engine - Finary One, our private offering for 1M€+ portfolios, growing fast Our #1 growth challenge: converting our 1M+ users into paying subscribers to drive revenue.

Our #2: feeding qualified leads to Finary One through content and growth work. The growth team today is 2 people plus AI agents doing the work of many more. Everything you ship moves a metric someone looks at weekly. Nothing you do will be "intern work" that sits in a drawer. ABOUT THE ROLE You will join as a Growth Intern with a hybrid scope: hands-on growth execution across channels, plus data and automation work that makes the whole team faster.

The team is AI-native: we automate everything that can be automated and spend our time on what moves the needle. This is not a "watch and learn" internship. You ship from week 1. MISSIONS Growth execution - Create and manage content across platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok) - Support SEO and website work: blog articles, optimization, keyword research - Build and optimize CRM campaigns to convert free users into subscribers - Assist on paid marketing: campaign setup, monitoring, optimization - Support Finary One lead generation, partnerships, PR, and brand initiatives Data & automation - Build dashboards and reports to monitor performance across channels, including the YouTube-to-signup funnel - Design and implement automations to eliminate repetitive marketing and data workflows - Leverage AI tools extensively: agents, workflows, analysis, reporting - Bring data-driven recommendations to editorial and marketing meetings WHAT WE LOOK FOR ✅ Must-haves - AI-first mindset: uses AI daily to solve problems and accelerate work, beyond simple chat prompts - High agency: acts without waiting for permission and drives tasks to completion - Analytical rigor: structures problems, defines metrics, extracts clear insights from noisy data - Strong written communication in French and English - Genuine interest in personal finance and Finary's mission ✨ Nice to have - Python or no-code automation experience (n8n, Make, Zapier) - Familiarity with marketing analytics tools - A personal project that shows initiative 🚫 Dealbreakers - Low agency - Tool-first thinking without judgment - No interest in finance WHY FINARY NOW - Series B momentum, building the #1 wealth management platform in Europe - Full-stack growth exposure, not siloed: acquisition, conversion, retention, lead gen - A-player team with high standards and a fast learning curve - Real ownership and tangible outcomes shipped in weeks, not months Location: Paris (on-site) Start date: January 2027 Duration: 6 months Reporting to: @Rayan Dilavar, Media Lead & interim Growth Lead Languages: French and English required HOW TO APPLY?
