About this role

To support the Master of Healthcare Leadership Program, the part-time Healthcare Leadership Instructor will teach graduate-level courses online, focusing on leadership theory, healthcare ethics, and health policy while integrating innovative teaching methods and materials. Key responsibilities Develop and deliver engaging online course content in healthcare leadership and related subjects Mentor students and facilitate real-world projects and reflections to enhance learning experiences Collaborate with faculty to continuously improve course offerings and address current challenges in healthcare leadership Required qualifications Master's Degree or higher in Healthcare Leadership, Public Health, Public Administration, Business, or related fields A minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare or related setting with leadership roles Experience teaching at the college level Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis at the time of hire
