About this role

What You’ll Do Provide high-quality HR advice and support to managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle, including absence and performance management, diversity and inclusion, recruitment and retention, professional development, promotion, compensation, immigration and relocation. Coach and support stakeholders through complex organisational matters, including restructures, workforce planning and employee relations cases.

Ensure HR activities are managed in line with internal policies, governance requirements and UK employment legislation. Support year-end processes, including performance evaluations, promotions and compensation reviews. Analyse people data and workforce metrics to identify trends, mitigate risks and provide insights that support business objectives. Build and maintain effective working relationships with HR Business Partner colleagues across EMEA and globally.

Collaborate with specialist teams, including Talent Management, Employee Solutions, Compensation, Benefits, International Services, Employee Relations and Employment Legal, to deliver a comprehensive HR service. Maintain current knowledge of UK employment legislation and relevant HR best practice. What You Bring Proven experience as an HR Adviser or HR Business Partner within a commercial environment, covering the full employee lifecycle.

Strong HR advisory and employee relations experience, including disciplinary, performance management and absence cases. Proven business partnering and client-facing capability, with sound judgement and strong critical-thinking skills. Practical experience supporting recruitment and broader workforce requirements. Experience with year-end compensation, benefits, performance and promotion processes. Excellent communication, presentation, attention to detail and prioritisation skills, with the ability to perform calmly in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Working knowledge of UK employment legislation; a CIPD qualification and financial services experience are desirable. What’s Next If you are ready to take the next step, apply now!
