HR & Office Management Intern Are you ready to kickstart your HR career at one of the fastest-growing companies in the merchandise industry? As our HR Intern, you will work closely with the Head of HR and play an active role in shaping the employee experience across the full employee lifecycle.

This is not a "sit and observe" internship - you will contribute directly to onboarding, employee engagement, culture initiatives, and HR process improvement from day one. The Role As an HR Intern, you will support the day-to-day activities while helping create an engaging and positive employee experience. You will gain exposure to the full 360° HR cycle and learn how HR operates within a fast-growing scale-up environment.

You enjoy bringing structure to moving pieces, spotting opportunities for improvement, and creating positive experiences for employees while handling information with professionalism and discretion.
