YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You build and maintain the core technical infrastructure of SIXT's future AI-powered HR technology landscape, including databases, data models, and system foundations You implement access controls, permissions structures, and security frameworks to ensure data integrity and compliance across the HRIS platform You develop and execute technical solutions using AI-assisted development tools and Vibecoding methodologies as your primary working approach You translate architectural blueprints from the HRIS AI Vibecoding Architect into functional, scalable, and reliable system components You identify and resolve technical issues within the infrastructure layer, continuously improving system stability and performance You document technical implementations and contribute to the development of engineering standards within the People Systems, Data & AI team YOUR SKILLS MATTER Experience You have hands-on experience in backend development, database engineering, or technical infrastructure roles, ideally within an enterprise software environment Technical Background You bring solid knowledge of database design, data modeling, and system-level architecture, including experience with access and permissions management Tools/Systems You are comfortable working with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Cursor, or similar Vibecoding platforms and are eager to use AI as your primary coding companion Domain Knowledge A basic understanding of HR systems or HR data structures is a plus, helping you build infrastructure that truly fits the needs of a modern HR organization Soft Skills You are detail-oriented, structured, and take ownership of your work, thriving in an environment where precision and reliability are key Team Spirit You enjoy working in close collaboration with a technical architect and cross-functional stakeholders, turning shared goals into delivered solutions WHAT WE OFFER Extra benefits Enjoy discounts on SIXT rent, share, ride and SIXT+, attractive vehicle leasing offers, and exclusive deals with partners for travel, tech, fashion and more AI at your fingertips From day one, you'll have access to Claude by Anthropic and SIXTgpt, SIXT's own AI platform, to supercharge your work.
