About this role

To Qualify for the DA-02: Your resume must demonstrate at least three years of general experience that includes one year of experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (DA-01=GS 1-4) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing some or all of the following: Analyzing problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions; Planning and organizing work; and Communicating orally and in writing.

To Qualify for the DA-03: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (DA-02=GS 5-8) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing some or all of the following: Advising customers on staffing solutions; Advising customers on addressing routine performance and conduct issues; Communicating clearly, verbally, and in writing; Utilizing automated technology to produce documents, charts, graphs and presentations; and Using data management tools to research.
