Screen out factor: Applicant must have fluency in both English and Spanish languages that enables you to speak, read, write, report, and translate in both languages. Applicants must have a minimum of one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility comparable to the GS-11 or comparable pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private sector.

Specialized Experience is experience that has equipped the applicant with the knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position and includes all of the following. Conducted full-cycle recruitment and staffing activities for positions, including job analysis, vacancy announcement development, qualification determinations, candidate assessment, and certificate issuance. Applied Office of Personnel Management (OPM) qualification standards, federal hiring authorities, and merit system principles to ensure compliance with staffing regulations.

Coded and reviewed personnel actions and staffing requests for accuracy, regulatory compliance, and alignment with organizational workforce requirements. Utilized automated staffing systems to manage recruitment actions, track applicant status, and generate hiring reports and metrics. Delegated Examining Certified is preferred.
