About this role
In order to qualify, you must meet the education and/or experience requirements described below. For the CP-7 level you must have one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to at least the CP-06/GS-8 level which is in or directly related to the line of work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience for this grade level is defined as: providing support to management officials in the areas of staffing and employment, including developing vacancy announcements through an automated system.
For the CP-8 level you must have one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to at least the CP-07/GS-9 level which is in or directly related to the line of work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience for this grade level is defined as: in addition to the experience specified at the previous grade, experience handling routine staffing matters from start to completion (vacancy announcement through final job offer).
For the CP-9 level you must have one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to at least the CP-08/GS-10 level which is in or directly related to the line of work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience for this grade level is defined as: in addition to the experience specified at the previous grades, experience staffing positions through special authorities (i.e., direct hire). For the CP-10 level you must have one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to at least the CP-09/GS-11 level which is in or directly related to the line of work of the position to be filled.
Specialized experience for this grade level is defined as: in addition to the experience specified at the previous grades, experience developing and/or validating complex assessment tools and methods and developing staffing policy and/or standard operating procedures.
