About this role

GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Must have a general knowledge of the federal HR classification and compensation processes in order to understand the complexities of this work. Skill in conducting research and communicating results orally and in writing.

Knowledge of and ability to interpret and apply laws, regulations, policies, and practices to provide advice and guidance to officials, supervisors, and employees on a variety of HR functions. Ability to analyze problems to identify significant factors, gathering pertinent data, and recognizing solutions. Experience planning and organizing work, and communicating factual and procedural HR information clearly, verbally, and in writing.

GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Ability to perform highly structured, entry-level work designed to develop broader and more in-depth assignments used within HR functions; communicating factual and procedural HR information clearly both orally and in writing; and gathering and analyzing basic facts and drawing conclusions regarding HR processes.
