You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. GS-14 SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: For the GS-14 grade level, you must have one year (52 full weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position is defined as proven proficiency and supportable (as evidenced in the resume) experience in ALL of the following: -Advising on performance and conduct related employee issues; AND -Researching and applying case law; AND -Drafting Department/Headquarter-wide or bureau/division-wide employee relations or performance management policies and guidance.

GS-13 SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: For the GS-13 grade level, you must have one year (52 full weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position is defined as proven proficiency and supportable (as evidenced in the resume) experience in ALL of the following: -Advising on performance and conduct related employee issues; AND -Researching and applying case law.

The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
