About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector demonstrating the following type of duties: 1) Providing technical advice and assistance to managers on a range of employee relations issues, including performance management, employee conduct, and disciplinary actions; 2) Researching and interpreting regulations, policies, and case law to recommend appropriate corrective actions and assist in resolving grievances and complaints; 3) Advising managers on labor relations matters, such as interpreting union contracts and responding to information requests; and 4) Assisting in preparing for third-party proceedings, such as arbitrations or mediations, by gathering facts and analyzing case information.
